 * Proficiency in SQL programming for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
 * Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
 * Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Talend or scripting languages such as Python, R, VBA, Bash (Unix shell)
 * Knowledge of database design principles and data model development for SQL databases
 * Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment is highly desirable
 * Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective business analysis and reporting

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases and data models to support reporting needs
 * Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Talend, Python, or Bash scripts to ensure data accuracy and consistency
 * Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other reporting tools to communicate key metrics effectively
 * Conduct requirements analysis with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into technical specifications
 * Collaborate within Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions
 * Perform data analysis using Excel, R, or other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
