## About the Role

* 0-2 years of professional IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Junior Systems Administration experience
 * Experience supporting Windows-based laptops and desktops
 * Tier 1-2 troubleshooting experience for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices
 * Knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including user accounts, groups, shared drives, and calendar resources
 * Experience with user onboarding and offboarding processes
 * Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including:
 + User provisioning and deprovisioning
 + Password resets
 + Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
 + Access management and group permissions
 * Experience supporting remote, hybrid, and onsite employees
 * Strong documentation and knowledge base creation skills
 * Asset inventory management experience
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience administering Slack and Notion workspaces
 * Exposure to macOS support
 * Basic Linux knowledge
 * PowerShell, Bash, or Google Apps Script scripting experience
 * Understanding of SSO, Conditional Access, and Privileged Access concepts
 * Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Intune, Jamf, or MDM platforms
 * Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall concepts
 * Experience reviewing security logs, audit records, or access reports
 * Backup validation and disaster recovery testing experience
 * Interest in automation, process improvement, and security initiatives
 * Previous internship, lab, homelab, or hands-on project experience
