Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Troubleshoot and repair computers. Provide in-depth research into software and hardware issues. Manage the imaging and deployment of computers that meet University Standards. Provide training to faculty, staff, and students. Document issues, write tutorials, and monitor workflows.
