## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
 * 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including:
 * Designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale
 * Writing production-quality, efficient, multi-threaded code that runs reliably in cloud environments
 * Reviewing data specifications and handling large-scale data storage and distribution using specialized protocols
 * Debugging and resolving complex production issues in distributed systems
 * Proven experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices (preferably Azure, though AWS/GCP experience is relevant), Big Data, Cloud Computing, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cross-Functional, Data Management, Data Processing, Data Storage, Database Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Debugging Skills, Distributed Computing, Diversity, Establish Priorities, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Software, Information Technology & Information Systems, Large-Scale Systems, Leadership, Legal, Medical Products, Multithreaded Programming, Problem Solving Skills, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Engineering, Testing, Training/Teaching

## Description

* Build large scale distributed systems, and data pipeline and ETL solutions.
 * Hands on contribution to all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g., Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Operations, Performance).
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, clinical informaticist, architects, and other engineers.
 * Innovate using strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in the healthcare domain.
