## Description

* Manage and process district requisitions related to facilities, purchase orders and other budgetary expenditures, including all non-payroll accounts for the building & grounds, and grants.
 * Assist the Director of Buildings & Grounds with budget planning and regular reports.
 * Manage daily inventories for all materials related to the buildings and grounds department, state reporting requirements for water and environmental concerns, custodial time sheets, ordering for all materials for building & grounds department for the district.
 * Assist the Director of Buildings & Grounds in managing calendars, vendors and contractors, liaising with central office administration, tracking and communicating building use with individual schools and local authorities, and other tasks as necessary.
