The ideal candidate will lead maintenance strategies, leverage data analytics, and implement advanced diagnostic tools to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analyses, designing proactive maintenance programs, and managing asset lifecycles. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions. The engineer will also oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to monitor and enhance equipment reliability.
