Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Shift Lead - **Company:** Allied Universal - **Location:** Austin, TX, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Software Security, Information Technology - **Published:** August 15, 2026 - **Apply:** https://jobs.localjobnetwork.com/apply/add/88046150/1 ## About the Role * High school diploma or equivalent * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment * Minimum of two (2) years of technical writing experience * Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable security experience * Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Global Security Operation Center experience * Minimum of two (2) years of experience using CCURE and other surveillance tools (e.g., Genetic) * Must possess one or more of the following: * Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard * Service in auxiliary police or police cadets * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences, Criminal Justice, or related field of study * Technical writing skills * Teamwork, coaching, mentoring skills * Proficient Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Excel, Word) * Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms * Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors * Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills * Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high demand situations, often under time constraints * Possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures * Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances * Ability to follow written policy and procedures PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): * Military and/or law enforcement experience * College degree in Communications, Criminal Justice, or related field of study ## Description Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Shift Lead. The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator supports the Global Security Management and other business function leaders for a high-profile customer. This role executes the various core functions of the GSOC to include, but not limited to, incident recognition/escalation, emergency response, product security, and physical security.
