This person must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and shop managers in a high-volume casting environment. The successful candidate will have knowledge of die casting and laser trim systems, as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills,demonstratingthe ability to be an innovator and change agent. Candidates must be available to work any shift-day, night, and/or weekends-to support Tesla production needs.
