## About the Role

* US Citizen
 * Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance
 * Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
 * Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go
 * Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
 * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
 * Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
 * Strong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL)
 * Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols
 * Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption
 * Experience working in Linux environments
 * Proven ability to function as a full stack developer
 * BS in Computer Science
 * CompTIA Security+ certification, * Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions
 * Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills

## Description

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

 * This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required)

What you'll do

 * Design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIs
 * Build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces
 * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment
 * Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
 * Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes
 * Integrate and manage cloud-based databases, ensuring performance and reliability
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements
 * Ensure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and compliance
 * Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environments
 * Work within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities
