This role will guide application delivery, strengthen operational reliability, and ensure technology solutions meet business needs across a service-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft-based platforms, and the ability to balance day-to-day support with longer-term application planning and optimization.
