Education and/or Experience

 * Valid Driver's License
 * High School Diploma or equivalent
 * Bachelor's Degree, preferred
 * Flexibility to work after hours/weekends
 * One to three years' experience in AV/videoconferencing support
 * Installation and Audio-Visual experience

## Description

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience., The Onsite Support Technician partners with customers, management, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on-premises support with the goal of delivering a world-class customer service experience.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

 * Set up and breakdown of conference spaces
 * Perform preventative maintenance
 * Provide timely and quality support tasks
 * Field service support of network devices
 * Collaborate with internal and external teams
 * Adhere to local safety standards
 * Provide documentation and end-user training
 * Setup and troubleshoot A/V systems
 * Travel to various job sites as required
 * Create, review and update incoming Tririga and ServiceNow cases for the Freeport AV team.
 * Monitor consumables used on AV tasks and projects and ensure accurate replacement orders are placed.
 * Support Corporate Video Events
 * Perform additional duties as assigned.
