At Winners Computer, you'll make a direct impact on client environments while continuing to grow your technical expertise. **THIS POSITION REQUIRES strong understanding of NETWORKING and SERVERS * 2+ years of IT support experience, MSP experience preferred. * Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls, DHCP, DNS). * Working knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365 administration. * Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. * Excellent communication skills and professionalism with clients. * CompTIA A+ and Network+ required. Additional industry certifications-Server+, Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent-are strongly preferred. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client sites. ## Description We are seeking a Tier II IT Technician with strong experience in workstation support and a solid comfort level with networks, servers, and MSP environments. This role blends remote support, onsite troubleshooting, and hands-on implementation work.
