## About the Role

* 4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, or deep experience in both Front End and backend
 * Mastery of TypeScript is required
 * Experience with:
 * Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
 * Strong product and user instincts - you care about the "why" as much as the "how"
 * History of meaningful impact and long tenures at past roles
 * Experience in hypergrowth startups (eg, scaling from 50 to 1000+ employees in a few years) is a big plus
 * Bonus: Background working with technical founders or as an early engineer

 * Solve open-ended technical and product challenges in a high-speed, high-stakes setting
