## About the Role

* IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge.
 * Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused).
 * Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required).
 * Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders.
 * Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required).
 * Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.

## Description

* Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting.
 * Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations.
 * Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality.
