 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing scenarios.

 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 * Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

 * Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit, integration, e2e) and basic security practices (auth, encryption, compliance)
