This is not a training role. We need an engineer who already writes high-quality PL/SQL at a senior level and can immediately contribute to design, development, performance tuning, and production support of data structures, business logic, and data pipelines., * Strong, current, hands-on Oracle PL/SQL expertise (this is the core of the role) * Ability to be fully productive on day one with advanced PL/SQL development and debugging * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant PL/SQL development * Proven experience with query development, performance tuning, stored procedures, and packages * Experience with CI tools (Jenkins strongly preferred) * Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, version control) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Clear written and verbal communication Nice to Have * Experience with SQL Server or MySQL in addition to Oracle * Exposure to Spring Boot, .NET, or similar frameworks * Agile/Scrum experience * Background in healthcare, insurance, or data-intensive platforms Important Candidates who require ramp-up time on core PL/SQL concepts or who have only light/occasional PL/SQL experience will not be a fit.
