About the Operations Analytics Team The Operations Analytics team, within the Customer Engagement Services (CES) Insights & Analytics organization, partners with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business leaders to improve the performance of Walmart's Contact Center Operations and customer support ecosystem. We deliver executive-ready insights, lead operational performance reviews, investigate emerging trends, and identify opportunities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and associate performance. This role plays a key part in shaping business priorities through data-driven decision making.
