 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with
 * experience working with C-level executives.
 * SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or
 * equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
 * Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

## Description

* Lead Agile Release Train (ART) planning, execution, and delivery
 * across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment to business
 * priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
 * Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, risk management, and
 * cross-team coordination to drive predictable program outcomes.
 * Track program health, delivery metrics, and impediments, providing
 * executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
 * As a Senior Manager Agile Program Management serving as a Release
 * Train Engineer (RTE), you will be responsible for driving Agile
 * Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value at scale. You will facilitate
 * Program Increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies, and ensure
 * seamless execution of Agile programs. Your leadership will enable
 * teams to align with business objectives, optimize flow, and
 * continuously improve Agile practices.
