## Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support reporting, data management, platform migration, data quality, and automation initiatives., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards

 * Support data validation, processing, analysis, and operational reporting
 * Assist with third-party application migration and historical data validation
 * Improve master data quality and consistency
 * Reduce manual Excel-based reporting through automation
 * Collaborate with IT, vendors, regional teams, and analytics stakeholders
 * Support data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets

Preferred: Experience with philanthropy/giving programs, HR data, enterprise data lakes, cloud data environments, or global teams.
