The ideal candidate will have strong architecture and hands-on development experience, be capable of designing reusable frameworks, mentoring development teams, and driving best practices across Agile and DevOps environments. This role requires someone who can collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA, and offshore teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega solutions while supporting production applications and continuous platform improvements., Design and implement scalable enterprise applications using Pega Infinity / PRPC. Develop reusable frameworks, components, and application architecture to support multiple business applications. Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams. Mentor Pega developers and establish development best practices. Build and support integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, JMS, and service interfaces. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support Agile delivery, release planning, source code management, and DevOps processes. Coordinate with offshore development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
