## About the Role

* Working experience of 9 years with at least 4+ years of work experience as a strong Scrum Master in tech domain preferred.
 * Must have PSM or CSM Certification and well versed with Scrum framework
 * Agile process and ensures that all scrum cadences occur and are productive - daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, etc.
 * Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development and technical solution integration
 * Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation
 * Support and aids the product team in creating and managing a clearly defined backlog, release planning, sprint planning and backlog refinement

Knowledge about other frameworks such as Kanban, SaFe, XP etc
