## About the Role

* 3+ years of Desktop Support or IT Support experience.
 * Strong experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
 * Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
 * Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Basic knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP.
 * Experience with remote support and ticketing tools.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools.
 * Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID.
 * Experience with RMM and PSA tools.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and end-user IT environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting multiple users, clients, and technologies in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Responsibilities

 * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and end-user technical support.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
 * Install, configure, and support Windows desktops and laptops.
 * Manage user accounts, passwords, and access-related issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
 * Perform desktop deployments, upgrades, imaging, and hardware replacements.
 * Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
 * Use ticketing systems to document, track, and resolve support requests.
 * Provide remote and onsite support to users and clients.
 * Work in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients and priorities., Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows and Mac OS. Manage tickets using IT service management tools. Configure and deploy Cisco IP phones, extensions, and voice lines. Troubl…
