In this role, you will lead cross-functional implementation projects, ensuring that our SaaS platform is effectively configured, deployed, and optimized to meet client needs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that enhance client satisfaction and operational success.
