The primary function of the Systems Analyst is to fully understand and support their assigned systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and advanced features. They are expected to have advanced knowledge of their systems and general knowledge of all other systems and applications, sufficient to aid in Tier I troubleshooting or multi-system issue resolution. Systems Analyst will split their time between their designated office and time in the clinics as required for application support and projects. Duties and Responsibilities: · Work Tier II systems and network service tickets. Create and escalate tickets as needed. · Escalate issues and engage vendors. Manage issue through to resolution. · Create training materials. Provide end user instruction on specific systems. · Manage application and systems upgrades, coordinating with teams to plan and implement. · Understand system security and work as part of cyber security team to ensure best practice. · Examine application and systems usage and suitability.
