## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams., * Strong experience in software design, architecture, and development.

 * Excellent knowledge of Java and relevant frameworks.
 * Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
 * Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
 * Experience with Git and modern DevOps practices.
 * Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
 * Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills., * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Experience designing highly scalable and high-availability systems.
 * Knowledge of security, observability, performance engineering, and cloud-native architectures., * Technical leadership

## Description

* Lead the technical design and development of complex applications and services.
 * Define architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
 * Provide hands-on technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
 * Review code and ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance.
 * Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
 * Mentor and guide developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
 * Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
 * Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews.
 * Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
 * Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and engineering excellence initiatives.
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
