* 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, VPN).
 * Proven experience configuring and supporting Palo Alto firewalls, including policy management and troubleshooting.
 * Solid understanding of network security principles and traffic-flow analysis.
 * Experience working with firewalls, VPNs, and secure network segmentation.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

## Description

* Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure supporting both LAN and WAN environments.
 * Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
 * Administer and support next-generation firewall solutions, with a focus on Palo Alto platforms and security policies.
 * Monitor network performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
 * Support network segmentation, routing, switching, and firewall rule design to meet performance and security requirements.
 * Perform network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in accordance with change-management processes.
 * Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to support infrastructure initiatives and integrations.
 * Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues across multiple environments.
 * Contribute to network documentation, standards, and best-practice development.
 * Participate in architecture discussions and provide input on future network and security enhancements.
