This position serves as the subject matter expert for client information systems, business processes, and offers solutions for efficiencies with system usage and data collection. The position also supports end users, troubleshoot incidents, gathers enhancements, prepares for releases, and trains staff on systems., This position is hybrid and will be performed both onsite at various DOCCR facilities within Hennepin County, and remote as job duties require. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional after hours and/or weekends to assist with user support and deploy system releases.
