## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Property management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus

 * Valid Driver's License is required
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
 * Lease-up experience is required
 * Property Management experience is a must
 * Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
 * Fluent in English and Spanish is required
 * Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
 * Legal authorization to work in the United States

 * Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
