Bonus if you have * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. * Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures. * Experience in payments domains such as SEPA or SWIFT messaging. * Advanced REST API design and optimization experience. * Deep PostgreSQL performance and scalability expertise. ## Description As a Non-Functional Engineer Lead, Quality, you lead the strategy and execution of performance, reliability, and resilience engineering for enterprise-grade applications. You ensure systems meet demanding non-functional requirements across scale, availability, and security in a regulated payments environment. Success is measured by predictable performance, high availability, and production stability across complex distributed systems. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
