This role will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in defining and documenting the platform vision, strategy, governance, requirements, priorities, dependencies, risks, development, testing, and delivery of technology solutions for the Foundry platform. The Platform Product Manager is the conduit between end users, Palantir resources, business partners, stakeholders and the product development team(s). The Platform Product Manager will work closely with end users and business partners to understand, identify and prioritize the creation and hosting of products as well as quantifying the cost, value and efficiency the platform delivers. This role will identify priorities for establishing structure around the use of the Foundry platform, implement procedures for onboarding new products to the platform and oversee governance of product development across the platform to ensure it meets HCA Healthcare's standards. They will record and communicate priorities through product backlogs, roadmaps as well as objectives and key results (OKRs). This role will analyze and report on platform utilization and performance to provide additional guidance on prioritization decisions. They will work closely with one or more product development teams to acquire and represent the voice of the customer, define business value and refine requirements to deliver technology products that solve business problems. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and must be committed to delivering high quality solutions, standard procedures and applying product best practices within agreed upon timelines. The Platform Product Manager will need excellent oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate excels at building and maintaining strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders.
