## About the Role

Do you have experience in QuickBooks Online?, We are looking for a dependable, detail-driven bookkeeper who is ready to grow. You will start as a Junior Bookkeeper with a clearly defined path to Senior Bookkeeper - based on your performance, not a set timeline. If you are skilled, self-directed, and ready to take ownership of client accounts, we want to hear from you., * 3+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience (required)

 * Experience with multi-client bookkeeping in a small business environment
 * Solid understanding of AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and basic payroll
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently
 * Ability to explain financial data clearly to non-accountant clients
 * Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup
 * Availability M-F, 8am-5pm Central for consistent recurring work blocks
 * U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S.
 * Positive, humble, and growth-oriented attitude - no ego required, * QuickBooks Online: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Perform monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting tasks for multiple small business clients
 * Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with payroll
 * Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis
 * Manage year-end 1099 tracking and Sales & Use Tax (for review)
 * Contribute to clean-ups, workflow improvements, and SOP documentation
 * Communicate with clients professionally via Slack and Google Meet
 * Report directly to the owner and work independently in focused time blocks
