Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Investor Relations activities for a publicly traded company. * Exposure to both Corporate Finance and Investor Relations functions. * Experience in power generation, energy technology, or industrial manufacturing. * Background working within a global or multi-national organization. ## Description * Support quarterly earnings activities through financial analysis, reporting, and development of key messaging. * Prepare earnings releases, executive talking points, call scripts, and Q&A materials. * Maintain investor relations financial models and analyst consensus tracking. * Lead updates to Generac's investor presentation and Board reporting materials. * Analyze company performance, industry trends, and key developments to strengthen investor messaging. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights * Monitor financial, industry, and macroeconomic trends affecting the business. * Evaluate competitor disclosures, market activity, and valuation benchmarks. * Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders. * Track company KPIs and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
