## About the Role

+ Associate degree in information technology or related field.
 + One to three years of experience supporting network or computer systems technologies.
 + Other combinations of education, certification or experience may be substituted.
 + Must have the ability to work in all aspects of a team environment including support, communication, personal awareness, ability to utilize and provide professional critiques, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:

 + Extensive knowledge of desktop/laptop computer support and troubleshooting to include previous and current versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
 + Extensive knowledge of MS Office application uses and troubleshooting.
 + Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
 + Extensive knowledge of computer peripherals such as scanners, printers, and MFPs.
 + Thorough knowledge of system, diagnostic, and utility software - PC Tools, MS Sysinternals, remote desktop support applications and methods, antivirus and anti-malware tools and techniques.
 + Knowledge of LANs, WANs and WWANs.
 + Knowledge of Microsoft System Center applications.
 + Knowledge of mobile computing devices like tablets and smartphones.
