Made up of seasoned project and program managers, we partner across internal teams and external providers to execute complex builds; powering OCI's capacity growth and long-term success. About the Role: As a **Principal Program Manager - Data Center Infrastructure E2E** , you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of OCI data center capacity, from project inception to GPU handover. Serving as the primary delivery integrator within a matrixed organization, you will ensure predictable, repeatable, and scalable delivery outcomes that support OCI region launches, capacity expansion, and long-term infrastructure roadmap commitments. This high-impact role requires effective engagement across all OCI partner teams, including Site Acquisition, WAN, Energy, Design, Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, Commissioning, Security, and Operations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities + Be the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery. + Act as the single threaded leader orchestrating across matrixed OCI teams including Site Acquisition, Energy, WAN (Wide Area Network, Design, EHS, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Telecommunications, Security, Operations. + Monitor and ensure function delivery milestones align with OCI capacity planning, regional launch timelines, and service availability commitments.
