This position directly impacts Salesforce solutions that enhance member engagement, streamline clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs. The Salesforce Architect will contribute to the integration of Salesforce with other healthcare systems, ensuring data integrity and interoperability.
