This role leads technical delivery across Windows, web, application, and database environments and works closely with Government stakeholders, developers, cybersecurity teams, system administrators, and operational users. The ideal candidate combines hands-on software engineering expertise with strong architecture, Agile delivery, testing, and team-leadership skills. Experience supporting marine, scientific, shipboard, or other operational environments is highly valued.
