* 2+ years IT Support / Help Desk experience
 * Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking)
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic Azure/cloud
 * Wireless networking and remote support experience
 * Telecom/cabling experience required
 * Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment

 * Must lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders

## Description

* Provide IT support (in-person, phone, remote)
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues
 * Manage user accounts (Active Directory / Entra ID)
 * Deploy and support devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile)
 * Perform structured cabling and telecom work
 * Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructure
 * Assist with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
 * Monitor and respond to cybersecurity risks
 * Document work and manage support tickets
 * Coordinate with vendors and assist with IT projects
