Preferred Qualifications * Network telemetry and observability fluency across SNMP, NetFlow and IPFIX, syslog, SQL, and dashboarding tools such as Grafana. * Vertical domain experience in one or more of aviation, maritime, cruise, hospitality or offshore energy. ## Description The Senior Solutions Engineer - Platform & Analytics will interface with customers to identify their needs and collaborate with various engineering and operation departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's experience. This position requires high-level thinking to architect solutions across a variety of hardware and a passion for focusing and committing.
