Experience

 * Minimum of 1-3 years of professional technical support experience in a structured IT environment
 * Willingness to learn, adapt, and support mission-critical technology in patient care settings

Physical Requirements

Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach and lift technology equipment. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff, clients and public. Able to adapt to rapid changes in the healthcare environment.

## Description

* Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
 * Hardware diagnostics: desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals
 * Mobile device (phones & tablet) configuration, especially MDM-enrolled devices
 * Network troubleshooting: IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, VMWare
 * Utilizing desktop imaging and deployment tools
 * Remote user support utilizing tools such as Dameware and RDP
 * Utilizing ITSM ticketing platforms and strong documentation habits
 * Security awareness, HIPAA-conscious; understands basic compliance obligations
