## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent.
 * 3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony.
 * 2+ years experience in technical customer service.
 * Excellent customer service skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong general knowledge of computers.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

The POS Technical Support Specialist II is responsible for merchant hardware configuration and deployment, keeping track of inventory and related entries in database. Responsible for world-class service and escalating higher level merchant/deployment issues promptly.

What you'll be doing:

 * Focus on clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems to support technical questions for hardware, software or networking.
 * Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure hardware.
 * Route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
 * Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
 * Perform filing of electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete.
 * Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.
