What You Will Be Doing As a Senior RPG Programmer/Analyst at Fresche Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing business-critical applications running on IBM i / AS400 environments. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leads to deliver reliable solutions across client systems. In this role, your primary value is your ability to bring strong hands-on expertise in RPG / RPGLE development, navigate the realities of existing client application environments, and contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and support of core business applications. You will help analyze requirements, develop solutions, resolve production issues, and ensure applications remain stable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. You will primarily work with RPG, RPGLE, CL, IBM i SQL, and Synon2/E (COOL 2/E) across multiple application initiatives and support activities.
