As a Product Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in making sure complex products and systems for the defense industry remain safe, reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective throughout their entire lifecycle. You'll influence design decisions, define maintenance strategies, and manage long-term risks like obsolescence-all while ensuring technical data and documentation are accurate, clear, and user-friendly. This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with engineers, technical writers, and program stakeholders to bridge the gap between design, sustainment, and the end user.
