## Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory / AJAX Administrator to join our exceptional team. This role combines inventory management, accounting responsibilities, and administrative duties in a dynamic dealership environment., * Manage and maintain vehicle inventory records in the dealership accounting system

 * Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date vehicle information is available
 * Process wholesale vehicle sales and handle associated DMV paperwork
 * Maintain accounting records and manage collections for AJAX Financial
 * Oversee office supply inventory and ordering
 * Provide support to other office positions as needed
