## About the Role

We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for multiple remote contract opportunities across the USA. If you have strong functional expertise in Core HR or Performance Management, we'd love to hear from you!, * 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience

 * Hands-on expertise in Core HR or Performance Management
 * Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations
 * Strong business process knowledge and solution design capabilities
 * Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT & production support
 * Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience delivering remote Oracle Fusion implementations
 * Prior US Public Sector experience (Government, State, County, City, Education, or Public Agencies) is highly preferred
