Measures of Success * Increased learner satisfaction and engagement * Improved usability and accessibility scores * Higher adoption of learning platforms * Reduced user support issues * Successful implementation of UX enhancements * Positive stakeholder feedback and business impact ## Description The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience., * Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms. * Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities. * Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems. * Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders. * Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience. * Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions. * Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities. * Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.
