Experteer Overview Senior Program Director at UF Health Shands leads complex enterprise technology programs aligned with the hospital's strategic goals. You guide ERP initiatives and other enterprise systems through governance, planning, and delivery oversight, partnering with operations, technology teams, and external partners. You will drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business process improvement while supporting organizational effectiveness. This role offers the chance to shape large-scale initiatives and act as a trusted strategic partner in a mission-driven health system.
