To support this mission, we are seeking a Test Engineer to serve as a critical evaluator of the software and hardware systems that power national security. In this role, you will be the final authority on system reliability, ensuring that every piece of technology meets the rigorous requirements of our government partners. By designing automated test architectures and leading risk management assessments, you will help Redhorse deliver high-quality, mission-ready solutions that function flawlessly in complex environments., * Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern automated test tools and strategies to improve system quality. * Design, implement, and conduct comprehensive Test and Evaluation (T&E) procedures to ensure all system requirements are fully met. * Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for diverse application products. * Write and implement detailed system test cases and provide regular status reports to leadership. * Analyze test cases and results to provide progress reports and actionable data on system readiness. * Serve as a subject matter specialist providing testing expertise for complex to highly complex software and hardware applications. * Direct and participate in all phases of risk management assessments during the software/hardware development lifecycle. * Analyze user requirements to inform the selection of test tools and the design of test architectures. * Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure that testing is integrated into every phase of development., The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
