We are seeking an experienced researcher to help us increase our velocity in delivering knowledge, products, and capabilities that help educational institutions empower student outcomes with academic integrity. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for creating clear, user-centered product content and contributing to content decisions across the end-to-end product development process. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering partners as well as the cross-functional UX team. To succeed in this role, you must have a solid foundation in UX and technical writing practices and be able to connect content decisions to user needs, product goals, and business outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where requirements can change. Our environment requires good judgment, knowing when to move quickly with clear, practical content and when to spend more time exploring, testing, and aligning on the right content approach. A day in the life: The UX Writer will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. They will write, review, and refine product content across the user experience, from interface copy and onboarding to product guidance. They will use user experience outcomes, product context, and content principles to make complex experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier to use. They will work closely within the UX Writing team, where every work day is full of collaboration, curiosity, and shared commitment to creating meaningful product experiences.
