## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience in software development, technical analysis, solution delivery, or data integration.
 * Experience building or supporting Generative AI, LLM, AI automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
 * Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
 * Experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/data integration, and relational databases.
 * Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs, application development, and system integrations.
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and source control tools.
 * Understanding of security, data privacy, governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; financial services experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Kubernetes, FastAPI/Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise search.
 * Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, or similar analytics platforms.
 * Experience in financial services
 * Familiarity with AI governance, LLMOps, automation/RPA, and cloud-native technologies.

## Description

* Lead the delivery of Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions for Morgan Stanley at Work.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Design, develop, and enhance AI applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools.
 * Support GenAI use cases using LLMs, enterprise search, RAG, vector databases, and AI platforms.
 * Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, release, and production support.
 * Drive Agile development practices, backlog management, and coordination of onshore/offshore resources.
 * Ensure solutions meet governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
 * Monitor solution performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve user adoption and business outcomes.
 * Collaborate with technology, product, risk, compliance, and business teams across the organization.
