* 10+ years of Product/Project Management experience.
 * Strong experience in CRM Product Management.
 * Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe CRM solutions.
 * Experience gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
 * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Excellent communication and leadership abilities., * Visa: USC / GC Only
 * Strong experience with Adobe CRM / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly preferred.

* Lead end-to-end CRM product strategy and delivery.
 * Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
 * Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.
 * Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
 * Ensure successful implementation and integration of Adobe CRM solutions.
 * Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
 * Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and leadership.
